Frieda ensures that all monthly taxes are prepared and submitted on time and accurately. She provides training to the junior / trainee bookkeepers. She only joined our firm in April 2023, however, Frieda comes from the industry of the accounting practice. She is a final year student and will pursue her registered qualification and training with CIBA through our Windhoek Practice.

Dantago is responsible for all Business and Tax Registrations, she is also the Tax Compliance Officer making sure all clients remain in Good Standing at NAMRA, Social Security and at BIPA. Dantago is currently studying towards her Diploma in Office Secretarial and Business Admin with IUM.

Olivia jointed our firm in the very early stages of start-up. She started as Secretarial Officer and is currently in a Bookkeeper position. She manages her own client portfolio, ensuring that her client's monthly taxes are submitted on time. Olivia gained her Masters Degree in Business Administration with IUM Namibia.

Mrs Kruger is the Practice Manager for our Walvis Bay Branch.
With many years experience in the industry as practice manager. Mrs Kruger ensures that all staff comply with our company policy, ensure all staff achieve deadlines and she manages all the Payroll and the HR of our clients that require monthly payroll and HR Services. Mrs Kruger also ensures that we reach our targets.

Mr Christian is responsible to ensure all tax are prepared and submitted according to the IFRS regulations and laws. He is the accounting officer and secretary on all our close corporations clients. (PTYs outsourced by our outsourced Auditor)

Shane is the founder and owner of the Shane Swartz Brand, he leads and supports the team, and ensure that all the clients and staff are happy at all times! He travels between the Windhoek and Walvis Bay Offices and meet the clients daily. He also provides training and support to the staff in the industry of Accounting, Marketing and Software Developing. His main goal in life is to ensure that anyone in Namibia with an great business idea, tries to achieve the idea, through the start-up process, from business registration to the funding process.
